The Patriots Post is a veteran-focused housing support organization committed to one clear mission: ending veteran homelessness through stable, long-term housing placement.
Based in Colfax, Iowa, we serve veterans who are homeless or at risk of homelessness by connecting them with safe, affordable rental homes and the resources needed to remain securely housed.
We believe that no one who has served this country should be left without a place to live. Our work exists to ensure that when veterans return home, they are met with opportunity, stability, and respect—not uncertainty or instability.

Our mission is to provide safe, affordable, and supportive shared housing opportunities for veterans participating in the HUD-VASH program. We are committed to helping veterans achieve housing stability, independence, and an improved quality of life by offering well-maintained housing, fostering a respectful community environment, and collaborating with service providers to support long-term success. Through compassionate housing solutions and responsible property management, we strive to honor the service of our nation's veterans and help them build a foundation for a brighter future.
